My name is Vicky and I am the proud owner of Baby Sensory Caterham Surrounds running classes in Coulsdon, Reigate and Bletchingley. I have been running classes since 2017 after taking my firstborn (Charlie) to classes and absolutely falling in love with the programme. From our very first 'Say Hello To The Sun', myself (and Charlie of course) were hooked! Watching his eyes light up and the excitement on his face during all the fun activities was the highlight of my week. The classes also influenced how I played and interacted with both my children at home by helping me to understand not only what our babies enjoy but also what they gain from the various activities we do. From there my fate was sealed and I made the decision to leave my Head of Events job in the City... and I have truly never looked back! Baby Sensory is the original learning and development programme for babies with years of research behind it. During the first year of your baby's life, their brain will double in size with millions of neural connections forming every second! Learning and development through sensory play is crucial for your baby's development during this time. At Baby Sensory, we have a years worth of different class themes and there is a huge range of equipment used specifically to help babies develop through sensory stimulation. We incorporate exercise, massage, social interaction, music and musical instruments, bubbles, lights, parachutes, textures, puppet shows, balloons and much much more! But just as important as all the babies I welcome along, is you! Whether you are a parent, grandparent or carer, my aim is to always create a warm, welcoming and relaxed setting for everyone. A place where friends are made and the joys and challenges of parenthood can be celebrated (and related to!). I am always here to lend an ear and I love a good natter before and after class. I am incredibly lucky to be part of such a special time and I love watching your babies grow and develop as the weeks and months go by!
