Photography Policy

At WOW World Group we are committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children and families who attend our sessions. To uphold safeguarding standards and protect the privacy of all attendees, we ask that parents and caregivers follow our photography policy.

Guidelines for Photography:

  • Parents and caregivers are welcome to take photos and videos of their own child during sessions.

  • To respect the privacy of others, no other children should be visible in the background of any photos or videos.

  • If you wish to take a group photo that includes other children, you must obtain explicit permission from the parents or guardians of each child involved.

  • Please ensure that any photos or videos taken comply with our safeguarding policy and do not identify vulnerable individuals without consent.

  • Images taken during sessions should not be shared on social media or other public platforms unless they only feature your own child or you have obtained permission from all relevant parties.

Safeguarding and Privacy: The safety of the children and families who attend our sessions is our top priority. Some children may be part of vulnerable groups, have safeguarding considerations, or have parents who do not wish for their child’s image to be shared publicly. By following this policy, you are helping us create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please speak to a member of our team.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and respectful space for all families.
