What is Baby Sensory?

Baby Sensory is a multi-award winning class aimed to stimulate all of your babies senses which in turn help to build the neural connections in their brain which help to aid learning and development. The activities engage, delight and nurture your babies senses through play. 

Every week is different and we often have themed classes which are always great fun. 

The atmosphere is welcoming and our experienced class leader Sheryl, who has been running classes for 10 years is always enthusiastic and always happy to answer any questions you might have. 

The classes generally last for an hour and always start with our signature "Say Hello to the Sun" song followed by a range of activities which might involve things such as musical instruments, lights, textures, ribbons, pom poms, puppets and ofcourse bubbles! There is time in each class to mix and chat with other parents before finishing with some lovely calming activities and our "Wave Goodbye" song.

What if I need to feed my baby or they fall asleep?

Baby Sensory is a baby-led class which means that you are your babies comfort is the most important thing in class, so if you need to feed your baby, please do this at anytime. You can always change your baby in class or there is always baby changing facilities in every venue or it might just be that your baby need a little cuddle and that is very much encouraged. 

If your baby falls asleep in class then don't worry, this is totally natural. If they fall asleep they will still process 70% of what is going on around them.
