Frequently Asked Questions

Baby Sensory – the class will be 55 - 60 minutes long. Classes will be a different theme every week. 

-          What happens if I cannot attend my class?

If you know in advance that you will miss a session, please let us know and we will do our best to offer you a catch-up session (subject to availability) at a class in one of our other venues. The catch-up session must take place in the same term that you missed the class – we cannot roll catch up sessions over to future terms. Alternatively, you are welcome to gift your place to a friend with a baby of a similar age. Please let us know the name of the adult and child who will be attending your normal class in your place at any time before the class.

-          What happens when I arrive and what can I bring with me?

Please arrive 5 minutes before your class start time.  You can park your pushchairs inside the hall and have all your belongings close by.  You will be asked to remove shoes, so in warmer weather please bring some socks. You may wish to bring a blanket to lay babies on but all the mats are cleaned. We have baby changing facilities and baby scales so you can weigh your baby during the class if you wish to. 

-          Can I bring siblings/ extra people with me?

We are unable to have older siblings attending class. You are welcome to bring an extra adult.

-          How will we keep the equipment clean?

You will be provided with clean equipment to use for the duration of the class.

-          What if I am feeling unwell?

Please DO NOT come to classes if you or your baby have any infectious disease.
