Payment via online check out is the quickest way to secure a place in our sessions and the preferred payment method.
Seasonal specials and events are priced individually.

Registration is automated and you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. Please note -- class fees are non-refundable once you have booked onto a course.
Make-Up Class Policy
Please note: make-up credits are only valid until the end of your booking and cannot be carried over.
How to Notify an Absence & Book a Make-Up Class:
Visit our website and log into your account.
Click “Notify Absence”.
Absences must be reported at least 3 hours before your class.
Absences reported later than this will not receive a make-up credit. Once your absence is logged, the make-up credit will remain on your account and can be used up until the end of your booking.
After notifying your absence, you’ll see the option to “Book Make-Up Class”.
Select “Book Make-Up Class” to view and book from the available classes for the week ahead.
Important Notes:
Make-up classes cannot be booked more than a week in advance and are subject to availability.
All make-up credits expire at the end of your booking and cannot be carried over.
For 3-week trial bookings, sessions are designed to be taken over three consecutive weeks and cannot be extended beyond this period.

WAITLISTS
Where classes have met capacity they will be shown as having a waitlist. You can add yourself to the waitlist by clicking on the "waitlist" button next to the class. If a space does become available we will contact you. Please be aware that waitlists do not carry over into a new term so please do keep an eye out for new term dates being released or email us on blackheath-eltham@babysensory.co.uk.

If you do not see your preferred class listed in the booking section below
this will mean the class is oversubscribed with a long waitlist.
We keep the bookable sessions with space (and/or a shorted waitlist) showing on the webpage for ease of reading/booking.

You can join a class at any time providing there are places available. Each session is an individual unit and not a course so you don't miss anything.
