Additional ‘Secure physical’ classes Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions may change as our circumstances evolve through the Covid-19 recovery period. Baby Sensory TM are still writing their new terms and have existing terms to which Baby Sensory Ilford, Stratford and Forest Gate and our customers are obliged to adhere to.
What if we go in to Lockdown during my ‘Secure’ booking?
Baby Sensory will run classes at our venues following government guidelines. Should the government advice change or Baby Sensory Ilford, Straford and Forest Gate decide we need to protect our staff and customers, the term you have booked at Baby Sensory Ilford, Straford and Forest Gate may be delayed or put on hold. By booking with us at this time, you agree that any class credits can be allocated to classes run via our online platform Zoom or via access to a pre-recorded session. No refunds will be offered on any remaining sessions within the term. Just a replacement service.
Should lock down restrictions need to be re-imposed for any reason, we will continue our term online to enjoy @ home.
Mobile babies in ‘Secure’ classes
If your baby is mobile, we need to ask you to carefully consider our new set up and whether this will be a space you and your baby can enjoy. For now, we will ask you to keep baby with you at all times, for your safety and the peace of mind of others. If your baby wishes to crawl or walk during the class, our class leader will have to stop the activity and politely ask that you collect your baby. Baby Sensory would normally embrace this element of your baby's development, and hope to be able to offer a safe space for in our older classes for your babies to explore again very soon.
One Parent Policy in ‘Secure’ classes
At present we can only facilitate 1 parent attending class with 1 baby. If twin parents are attending 2 parents can attend, 1 with each baby. Babies count as 1 individual in addition to a parent and so it is important that we keep numbers in class at a safe level.
Illness policy in ‘Secure’ classes
You will be asked if you and your baby are in good health each time you arrive for a Baby Sensory class as part of our ongoing risk assesments.
Should you or your baby fall ill with Corona Virus or any other contagious disease, we ask that you notify us immediately. Our H & S and Illness policy means we will contact the entire class to make them aware they may have been exposed to illness. We are committed to supporting the track and trace scheme and will ask your permission to share your contact details with an NHS Contract Tracer.
Online classes during lockdown restrictions
If you are booked on to our online classes, you will have a week to view your recorded class. For the protection of our class content, these links are deleted after 1 week. We aren't able to offer make up classes for missed sessions for this reason.
Photographs on Social Media
During our classes we may take pictures for use on social media. We will always ask the group for your permission at the time of the photo being taken. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you would prefer that you or your baby are not photographed, and we will ensure these picture/s are not shared.
