Terms and Conditions – August 2025
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Baby Sensory classes operated by Baby Sensory Leeds North West, commencing August 2025, held at venues in Baildon, Rawdon, Calverley, and Horsforth.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. All classes must be booked in advance via the official booking system.
1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
1.3. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.4. Bookings are non-transferable between franchises.
1.5. Payment is non-refundable unless under exceptional circumstances (see Section 5).
2. Class Structure and Attendance
2.1. Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes, including sensory activities and exploratory play.
2.2. Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals may disrupt the session and cannot be extended.
2.3. Only one adult per baby may attend unless by prior agreement.
2.4. Siblings including older or younger children who are not enrolled in the session, are not permitted to attend.
2.4.1 This policy is in place as our insurance coverage applies solely to registered attendees.
2.4.2 The exclusion of siblings ensures a safe, controlled environment that supports the developmental needs of participating babies
2.4.3 By enrolling in the class, parents and guardians acknowledge and agree to comply with this attendance policy.
3. Venues and Safety
3.1. Classes will run at the following venues:
- Baildon – St John’s Church
- Rawdon – Trinity Church Hall
- Calverley – Parkside Primary School
- Horsforth – St. Margaret’s Church Hall
3.2. All venues are inspected for health and safety compliance; however, parents/guardians remain responsible for their child at all times.
3.3. Please do not attend if your child or you are unwell. You may request a class credit if 24 hours’ notice is provided (see Section 5).
4. Photography and Social Media
4.1. We may take photos/videos during classes for promotional purposes.
4.2. Consent will be requested at the time of booking. You may withdraw consent at any time in writing.
4.3. Personal photography is allowed only of your own child and must not disrupt the session.
5. Refunds, Credits, and Cancellations
5.1. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a session being cancelled by Baby Sensory Leeds North West.
5.2. In the event of a missed session due to illness or emergency, one make-up class may be offered subject to availability if 24 hours’ notice is given.
5.3. If classes cannot proceed due to unforeseen events (e.g. venue closures, local restrictions), alternative arrangements (e.g. virtual sessions or rescheduling) will be offered.
6. Conduct and Behaviour
6.1. We maintain a warm, inclusive, and respectful environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
6.2. The class leader has the right to remove a participant for behaviour deemed unsafe or disrespectful to others.
7. Liability
7.1. Participation is at your own risk.
7.2. Baby Sensory Leeds North West and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the session, except where due to proven negligence.
8. Data Protection
8.1. All personal data is collected and stored securely in line with GDPR regulations.
8.2. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
