I first experienced Baby Sensory classes 10 years ago when I took my eldest daughter to classes, first in Workington and then to Maryport. I was incredibly disappointed to discover the classes weren't running in West Cumbria when my second daughter was born nearly three years later.
A career change has lead me to become a Baby Sensory Class Leader, and business owner, which was driven by a desire to gain a greater balance in my life and do something that truly brings me joy. I ended my career as a Project Manager at the end of 2024, and started running the West Cumbria classes at the start of 2024, after completing the thorough Baby Sensory training programme. The decision to take the plunge and change career to such a rewarding and fulfilling role is one of the best I have ever made.
I have two daughters, who are both in primary school and keep me very busy. I am from, and live in, Cockermouth with my girls, two dogs (Harley the Retriever and Bertie the Cockerpoo), and last but not lease, my husband Chris!
