Localised Policies For Reading Fairy Wigan and St Helens

Bookings: Classes will be bookable on a fixed term basis. Specific start and end dates for each term can be found on our website prior to the start of term. Booking will open in advance of the term starting and priority booking will be offered to families who currently have a child attending classes or on the wait list.

Mid-Term Joiners: Children joining mid-term will only be charged for the remaining sessions in that term (£8 per session).

Missed Sessions: Regrettably, we are unable to refund missed sessions or offer class credits but you can nominate a friend or family member to take your place, providing their child is of the right age for the class. Please just let your class leader know in advance if you plan to do this.

Siblings: If you are attending with two children who fall within the Reading Fairy age range (1-5 years) then please ensure you have booked each child a place via the website. Siblings/twins attending the same class together with one adult are eligible for a discount. If you wish to take advantage of our sibling discount then please request a discount code prior to making your booking. Anyone wishing to bring older siblings to their Reading Fairy class must contact the class leader prior to booking to arrange this. The decision whether or not to allow an older sibling to attend class lies with the class leader and will be made based on each individual circumstance. Babies under 12 months old are welcome free of charge. Please contact us prior to making your booking if you require a twin discount code for our Get Set For School class. There is no additional charge for younger/older siblings attending this class but please be aware that only children with a paid space will receive a workbook. Additional workbooks can be purchased for £10 but must be ordered in advance. Please contact your class leader at the time of booking if you plan to bring siblings to this class.

Additional Adults: In order to ensure there is enough space within each venue, please let your class leader know in advance if you wish for more than one adult to attend. We endeavour to allow this wherever possible but it may not always be possible in smaller venues. The decision whether or not to allow an additional adult to attend class lies with the class leader and will be made based on each individual circumstance.

COVID-19: Reading Fairy classes will run in-venue wherever possible. Should government guidelines prevent this, the term will be paused and the remaining sessions will continue in-venue when allowed. Sessions missed due to self-isolation are unable to be refunded. Should the class leader need to self-isolate, a catch-up class on an alternative date will be offered.

**Christmas Special Sibling Policy**: Older children are welcome to support their younger siblings during the Christmas specials. Please contact us prior to making your booking if you wish to bring an older sibling along. There is no charge for children over 5, however spaces for this are limited and will be offered on a first-come first-served basis. In busier classes, it may not be possible to accommodate all sibling requests. Older children may support their younger siblings in class, but for safety reasons must not take part in the activities themselves. A craft activity and gift will only be provided for children who have a booked/paid space. Siblings under 12 months are welcome free of charge.
